We both had fun and exciting adventures during those two years and kept in touch with each other through letters. We were able to see how each of us was growing and changing.
When Patrick finished his mission, Heather was in Arizona for the summer and we caught up with each other. We realized that we were best friends and very much in love. We had a great summer together laughing, playing, growing, and learning. By the end of the summer we were engaged and were married in December 2003.
It was a blissful beginning to a wonderful marriage. Our 10 years of marriage have been spectacular.
In those years we have both graduated from college. Heather graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Patrick graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Technology Management.
Patrick enjoys his job as an estimator and is able to provide for our family very well.
In April of 2009, we adopted our beautiful son Hunter.
In October of 2010, we adopted our beautiful son Cameron.
Our courtship and marriage have created a special bond between us. We love spending time together and having fun.
